We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of processing for stock items, however during busy seasonal periods this may take longer. We will always notify you if there are any delays. 

For personalised bespoke orders we aim to dispatch within 7-10 working days, although this is often much sooner.

All items are tracked to confirm delivery.

UK Standard Delivery £2.99 - £5.99 depending on the item's weight/size.

Please be aware of courier delays throughout busy periods. 

We currently do not deliver outside the UK.

Please ensure you provide your correct current address when ordering. You will be responsible for any additional postage charges should the order be delivered to an incorrect address.

Lottie and Livs Crafts will not be liable for resending an item if the customer has not supplied the correct delivery address.
