In the event that any item is unavailable after a purchase, Lottie and Livs Crafts will issue a refund of the purchase amount.
We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. Please remember that some colours can vary due to settings on computer screens and mobile devices.
Please also note that handmade products may naturally have slight variances to the images advertised.
All items shown are subject to availability. As most of our items are handmade, please get in touch if an item you would like is currently showing as out of stock.
Content & Intellectual Property Rights
The Lottie and Livs Crafts logo and trademarks cannot be reproduced or used without permission. You may not use any content found on this Website without the express permission of Lottie and Livs Crafts.
You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any portion of this website. All images and descriptions on this Website are the property of Lotte and Livs Crafts and must not be used without permission.
Sharing on social media is accepted, however, credit must be given back to Lottie and Livs Crafts.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card or details on the secure online payment portal.
Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.
We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with Lottie and Livs Crafts via email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us with when placing an order.
Cancellations and Returns
In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
Please contact us in order to arrange a return.
All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage including all original packaging and labels.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. The refund will be returned to the originating payment method.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase or return any of the following:
- for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
